Foxtrot Theatre Company specialises in high quality Theatre in Education for both schools and community audiences and Training in Business through forum theatre. We offer a diverse range of existing training packages for both the public and corporate sectors alongside a bespoke project service, which will produce tailor-made packages specific to your needs.
Our workshops use forum theatre as a form of interactive training to develop communication skills and encourage discussion between professionals. The Company has an established reputation for its training work within the NHS, palliative care and social work.
My Life as a Carer
National Carers Week - June 2007
In partnership with The Princess Royal Trust Carers Centre (Perth & Kinross) Foxtrot presented two performances of the newly commissioned "My Life as a Carer" in Perth and Birnam as part of national Carers Week.
The performances (for employers, managers and human resources staff across all sectors) explored the day-to-day issues faced by unpaid carers as they try to balance a job or education with caring responsibilities at home.
This performance is available for hire as a single production or touring performance.

Mental Health and Wellbeing - Another sucessful Tour
Thought-provoking workshops as part of Suicide Prevention Week and Scottish Mental Health Week
Foxtrot again ran a series of interactive workshops for the general public during Suicide Prevention Week and Scottish Mental Health Week to promote positive mental health and wellbeing.
Anti-Bullying Theatre Project for Schools
Foxtrot sucessfully ran an Anti-Bullying Theatre Project for primary schools which aimed to promote an inclusive approach to tackling this difficult subject. This comprehensive Schools' Project delivered a combination of theatre shows, support materials and interactive theatre workshops for pupils, teachers and parents.
Palliative Care Training UK Tour
Foxtrot toured its 9th Palliative Care Training Tour to hospices, Macmillan services and NHS organisations throughout the UK this year. Starting in Kirkcaldy, the Foxtrot team travelled 2500 across the UK delivering our unique, innovative, engaging and fun training sessions. We took in Eastington, Blackburn, Coventry, Harrow, Kent, Ipswich, Nottingham, Cambridge and Fort William - phew!
